Kinect Halo Reach

UPDATE: Kinect Halo: Reach will not happen.  While Halo: Reach is still coming out around the same time as Kinect, it will not be a Kinect title.  Read more about it here: No Kinect Halo: Reach.

Many people are excited for Kinect to come out, and those people are hoping that upcoming Xbox 360 games will incorporate Kinect controls, either exclusively or as part of a larger controller-based control scheme. One of those games is Halo: Reach. Halo: Reach, a prequel to the Halo series, is set to be released in the Fall of 2010, around the same time as Kinect (which is being released on Nov. 4, 2010).

Because Microsoft has announced that Kinect probably won’t be able to be patched into older, existing game titles because it requires a major rewrite of a lot of code, people were disappointed to hear that they won’t be able to play “Kinect Halo 3″…
