Kinect Fitness Games
I recommend Your Shape: Fitness Evolved, because it will scan your body when you first start so that you can see the physical changes in your body over time from the workouts, as well as providing you customized workouts to help you to focus on your trouble areas. They also have fun fitness games to help to break up the workout.
Hardcore Kinect Games
I recommend Fighters Uncaged if you are looking for a more hardcore Kinect experience. You’ll really throw punches and kicks, as well as dodge and do over 50 different moves in order to fight your way to the top of the underground fighting circuit.

Kinect Dancing Games
Both of the Kinect dancing games are awesome, but if I had to choose a favorite, it would be Dance Central. Since it is from MTV Games, it has a lot more hot new music than DanceMasters does, and I prefer to listen to the hot new music, but that is just personal preference. I would recommend both really.
